1. The ability to turn on and off a layer of Borough maintained roads.
2. The ability to display map coordinates in decimal degrees (WGS 1984) with a single click on the map.
3. The ability to copy the parcel identify results to your clipboard by double clicking the data grid. You can then paste the information into Outlook (for emailing), Wordpad, Word or Excel.
4. The ability to select parcels by drawing a polygon. Attributes of intersected parcels are returned in a datagrid. Double clicking a row in the datagrid copies the attributes to your clipboard. You can then paste the information into excel.
5. The ability to buffer a selected parcel by a predefined distance. A click within the parcel to buffer brings up a form that allows you to select a buffer distance. Clicking on the Buffer button sets the buffer and returns a list of intersecting parcels in a datagrid. Double clicking a row in the datagrid copies the attributes to your clipboard. You can then paste the information into excel.
